All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor. Refunds are subject to Paddle's policies and procedures.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You must be a first-time customer of Coreqm AI
  • The service must not have been extensively used (defined as generating more than 10 videos or using more than 50% of purchased credits)
  • The request must include a valid reason for dissatisfaction
  • No violations of our Terms of Service have occurred

3. Credit Purchases

For credit-based purchases:

  • Unused Credits: Refunds may be issued for unused credits within 14 days of purchase, subject to our verification
  • Partially Used Credits: Refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of credits used
  • Fully Used Credits: No refunds will be issued if all credits have been consumed
  • Bonus Credits: Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund calculations

4. Subscription Plans

For monthly or annual subscription plans:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Service will continue until the end of the paid period
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be issued on a prorated basis within the first 30 days, minus any credits already used
  • Auto-Renewal: To avoid charges, subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle
  • Downgrade Requests: Plan downgrades will take effect at the next billing cycle; no partial refunds for the current period

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits or subscriptions purchased more than 14 days ago (unless covered by subscription policy)
  • Services rendered where videos were successfully generated
  • Promotional or discounted credits and bonuses
  • Credits used during free trial periods
  • Charges resulting from unauthorized use of your account (unless fraud is proven)
  • Purchases made by repeat customers who have previously received refunds

6. Service Issues and Technical Problems

If you experience technical issues:

  • Failed Video Generation: Credits will be automatically refunded to your account if a video generation fails due to our system errors
  • Quality Issues: If generated videos have quality issues due to our platform, please contact support for credit restoration or refund consideration
  • Service Downtime: Extended service interruptions may qualify for credit extensions or partial refunds at our discretion
  • Bug Reports: Documented bugs that prevent service use may qualify for compensation

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at support@coreqm.com with your order/transaction ID
  • Provide a detailed explanation of your refund request reason
  • Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
  • Allow 3-5 business days for review and response
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through Paddle within 5-10 business days

8. Paddle Payment Processing

Important information about Paddle.com processing:

  • All transactions are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record
  • Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance
  • Refunds are subject to Paddle's processing times and policies
  • International transactions may have additional processing time due to banking procedures
  • Transaction fees charged by Paddle are non-refundable
  • Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

9. Fraudulent Purchases and Chargebacks

Regarding disputes and chargebacks:

  • If you believe a charge is fraudulent, contact us immediately before initiating a chargeback
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension
  • We will provide transaction documentation to payment processors for dispute resolution
  • Accounts with chargebacks may be permanently banned from our service
  • Legitimate fraud cases will be fully refunded once verified

10. Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank processing time: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution
  • PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • International refunds may take longer due to banking procedures

11. Account Credits vs. Monetary Refunds

  • Account Credits: We may offer account credits instead of monetary refunds, which can be used for future services
  • Extended Service: Additional free credits or extended subscription periods as compensation
